Ben's Workout 9/14/13

Didn't have a chance to get any workout in yesterday. 

A.M.

9 holes of ball golf

P.M.

30 minute bike ride

30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 air squats

- tomorrow I'll get a couple of WODs in...finally. I feel like this whole month has been full of mediocre workouts.
