Warm up:
75 jump rope
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 sit ups
40 squats
75 jump rope
WOD: 3 rounds
10 man makers
400 meter run with weights
10 HSPU
Myriah: 15:51 10# weights
Clyde: 16:32 15# weights
So I blew everyone's time out of the water. The next closest time was Clyde's but then it started up in the mid 20s. Some even in the mid 30s. Brag brag brag. It was so much harder to run with two weights in my hand than I thought. It was a constant shoulder and forearm burn. A good overall workout though. We were all sweating like beasts.
We are coming up with the WOD for our last day of class. Some input would be appreciated. So far we are thinking something like this:
Partner WOD: You must each do equal reps but it can be partitioned however you want. So if a move requires 150 reps, each partner must compete 75 by the end of it.
Buy in: 800m run
150: ground to overhead
120:
90: hand release burpees
60: box jumps
30: HSPU
We are open to any suggestions. The only one we definitely will keep is the HSPU at 30. Somewhere Clyde wants a ground to overhead. Box jumps I can take them or leave them. We both wanted a T2B but there's only one bar so we would have to wait. We could possibly put up rings but it would still be people running back and forth so I don't know. It also has to be workouts people can do so we can't throw in something like pistols. Gonna make a list of specific excersices to narrow it down. Let us know what you think.
