Watching the Games and relaxing tonight. I did do about a 40 minute walk down to the gas station to buy ice cream though. After all, it is my off day...
On my walk I started listening to a Ben Greenfield podcast on biohacking your workouts. The guest is a Ironman Athlete, Crossfitter, and Yoga Instructor. Definitely take the time to listen to this one.
