Ben's Workout 7/25/13

The last two days of workouts left me pretty tired today. So, I biked the 3.15 miles to the gym and just worked on a few things.

Practice/Warm-up:

Kipping Pull-ups
Hanging Pull-ups
Push-ups 
Dips
45# Thrusters

Strength:

Bench (10 reps) 45 - 135 - 135 - 155 - 155#
- I probably could have gone up another 5 or 10# without a spotter and been okay but decided against it since there was no one else in the gym. At some point I'd like to try to do Lynne...

Triceps Extension (10 reps) 60 - 70 - 80#

Bicep 21s - 1 round



I finished with a 2k row. I pushed it and finished in 8:02.
