Myriah & Clyde's Workout 7/25/13

On our way to the gym when we decided to turn around and come home and do our own things.

Myriah WOD:

20 push ups
50 sit ups
50 squats
10 tricep dips
30 calf raises
Various arm exercises with band
5 negative pull ups (jump up and come down slow and controlled)

All of those above were out of order so I would do 10 push ups then 20 sit ups and all over the place. It wasn't really a WOD but oh well.

5 sets of 20 kettle bell swings 25#


Clyde WOD:

Kettle bell swings 25#
He didn't count these he just did a bunch of them.

Tonight we will work on some mobility while we watch Big Brother.
