Squat 3x5

Dip 3x5
M: sub push-ups
C: 35# weighted

Deadlift 1x5
M:115# (plus a few singles at 135/45)
C: 255#

Pull-Ups
C: 35# strict weighted 3x5
M: 3x3 pull-up negatives

Felt good to be back today. We also worked on DUs, I'm finally starting to get them down consistently.
