Myriah & Clyde's Workout 6/19/13

Bridges WOD:

Warm up:
800m run
jump rope

Tabata:
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest
8 rounds of each exercise in order (16 minutes)

single jump ropes
push ups
sit ups
squats

Add up the total reps of each exercise.

Clyde: 659
Myriah: 577

25 lb kettlebell
